Solid Sports always guided me very well in different activities such as surfing, skateboarding and jiujitsu. The most I have got was in open water swimming coaching, Paulo provided me with an excellent program, putting me in the best form to achieve my best results. I have always made my races and competitions with confidence enough to extend to my limits.

Based on the advice of Solid Sports, we were able to organise events and improve athletes’ performance with a standard of excellence. This plan elevated Brasilia’s disable Sailing to another level of quality and performance.

Solid Sports was one of the essential partnerships we made in the 2014/2015 season. The performance of Centermoto riders was remarkable. Our riders were better prepared than in previous seasons, and the difference for the other riders in the middle towards the end of the races was impressive.

The partnership of Solid Sports led me to win many titles, including being a finalist and medalist in my first world championship. Professionalism always concerned with well-being, injury prevention and health.

Solid Sports was able to meet the specific physical needs of our sport and were able to adapt activities to motorcycle racing. With that, I was able to manage better my endurance, that was lacking before. I was able to keep my concentration and performance from the middle towards the end of the races. The results appeared very quickly.

Paulo has been my strength and conditioning coach for 3 years now and I have never felt more prepared for my fights and competitions than I have training with him.
Since starting my programming with Paulo in 2017 I have built up muscle, endurance, strength and learnt the proper biomechanics and functional movements needed for my competitions and fighting.
Paulo takes great care and pride in his athletes, he always has my best interest in mind and is constantly monitoring not only my performance but also helping manage my rest, fatigue, injuries and overall wellbeing. He goes out of his way to ensure I am at my best and takes a lot of time and detail with my programming. Solid Sports did an amazing program and preparation for me to the jiu-jitsu world championship in 2017 allowing me to have been in the best condition to the worlds and allow me to get all the way to the finals.
Paulo not only made a very detailed program and took in consideration all my injuries from the past, but he was always checking in and following up with care and great supervision in person or by phone and emails.
I strongly recommend solid sports if you are looking for simple general conditioning and rehabilitation but especially performance results.

I have been a client of Paulo for three years. I came to him to help me get fit for a good life into my later years.
